A Global Urgency

A Global Urgency: There is no way we can avoid the situation that is playing out right before our eyes and is brought into our living rooms by the news media. No longer can we hide our heads in the sand and act as though everything is normal. There are two very powerful forces contending for supremacy and the right to govern, and we must acknowledge this reality and demonstrate where our allegiance is.
2020 came in gently with so much promise, but suddenly something of unexpected force has been activated and the lion has roared, so those with understanding of the times and seasons cannot keep quiet (Amos 3:3-8). The intensity of the moment cannot be lost as even the people of God allow their thoughts and words to be controlled by the little horn with a big mouth who continues to speak great things (Dan.7:8). Many are yet manipulated because he has the power of the media behind him and pretends to be who he is not, even though the truth is not in him. Yet the people of God MUST be made to realize that the ANCIENT OF DAYS is now seated on his throne and is speaking (Dan. 7:9-14).

A Global Urgency

The earth is crying out for change in the authority system that has ruled and governed it for millenia, while at the same time there is revolt in North America, whose primary intent is the overthrow of the current national government. What we see playing out before us is no longer related primarily to a black young man whose life was destroyed, but rather opportunists who have used that incident to open the flood gates for the release of the spirits of rebellion who had been enchained for a little while. The rioting is not primarily about race or injustice, but rather about a political agenda that is so important that the economy of communities is being destroyed and small businesses are being ruined, some beyond repair. Apart from something supernatural, this has the potential to put the country into a major prolonged national crisis. Maybe this also is part of the agenda and plan.

Do not be fooled. The change that must take place now internationally is within the people of God, and especially the kingdom people. The church offers up token prayers that effect no change in our communities and nations, and some who should know better are crying out for Jesus to come back today to solve the problem. Yet he is restrained by the word of his Father who has demanded that he remain seated until all of his enemies be made his foostool (Psa.110:1). He must remain in heaven until the restoration of the things spoken by the prophets (Acts 3:21 NLT). This is the time that there must be change in the earth. This is the time that THE LORD AND HIS CHRIST must be given the crown that had been removed and stored away. He is the one who has been given the right to govern and whose intervention is needed now (Ezek. 21:27; Gen.49:10 NIV). Things will not change in the earth and in our nations until a company of people are restored to the place of government in the spiritual realm over the principalities that have controlled the kingdoms of this world up until now.

A Global Urgency

We are witnessing the presence of the red horse whose assignment is to take peace away from the earth, causing men to be at war against one another. The black horse also is raging as in this year we have seen a massive attack against the global economies. The pale or green horse has also begun to run loose in the earth as the beast of the earth, the demonic principalities take their place to fulfill the global agenda of reducing the population (Rev.6:1-8). Yet this is the same season that the order was given to prepare the crown for the head of Joshua the high priest, the symbol of the apostolic company that is spoken of in Hebrews 3:1. Joshua will branch out from the dimension in which he has been and will build the temple of the Lord, he will bear the glory, he will sit and rule upon the throne and be a priest upon the throne (Zech.6:9-15). The white horse, the WORD OF GOD, yet stands in authority over all (Rev.19:11-13).

I exhort the people of God to be focused more than ever before. You must not allow yourself to be swayed or shaken as principalities and powers are in confused conflict, one against the other (Luke 21:10). By your endurance, perseverance and faithfulness to the Lord and his purposes, you will preserve your souls (Luke 21:19). More than ever before this is the time to know the spiritual house in which the Lord has placed you, because this is for your protection. “Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by 21 See, the LORD is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer” (Isa.26:20,21NIV).

What is the answer for this moment? By sovereign design we are yet in the period where we must continue to go before the Lord in prayer and fasting, asking him to reveal himself to us in a new way. The mandate of the Lord to his disciples was that they should wait until they would be clothed upon with power from on high (Luke 24:49). We must come out of this brief season in which we have been for the last few months, in a different spiritual condition than how we were before. All of creation is demanding something different from us, a new level of governance and authority. More than ever before, spiritual leaders must call upon the Lord just as Moses, “Lord show me your glory” (Exo.33:18). We must also call together a company of apostles and prophets of kingdom revelation, to meet together to hear together from the Lord the strategy that we must employ to rise to the challenge that is presently before us. I do not speak of a conference to listen to preachers trying to impress one another. I speak of hearing the word and the voice of the Lord together. The Lord is with us!
