The EMI Kenyan Family is heartbroken and deeply saddened by the demise of our Apostolic Father John Boney. We have lost a great man of God, an Ambassador, and champion of the gospel of the kingdom of God. John Boney was a true Apostolic Father and kingdom messenger.
He had a loving heart and purity for all people who knew and related to him. He helped them find their identity and understand their purpose on earth.
We cherish most his visionary leadership and clarity of thought, his consistently inspiring and encouraging advice. I was honored to be part of his EMI Family and he helped me to know and understand the mysteries of the kingdom. I thank God for the investments of the Spirit that he deposited in us. He took his time to teach, explain and impart knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God.
I was glad to work with him as part of EMI Leadership in Kenya after he appointed me to head the EMI Family in Kenya. He believed in me after hearing from God and gave me authority to make decisions on behalf of EMI as we advance and execute the kingdom mandate we received from God through him.
I with my family are fortunate to have had Apostle John Boney in our lives. I ache inside thinking that I will never again see his unique and warm smile as he laughs. He leaves an enormous void in our hearts, minds, and work and will forever be missed.
My heart breaks for his wife and our mother Carmen Boney and his children. It is my prayer that God the Father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit will comfort, console, and bless you and abide with you. Blessings, peace, and the love of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you and the entire EMI Family worldwide.
